Manteca Unified School District wanted to create an energy-independent, multi-use learning center that gives the Manteca community free access to environmental education while providing a model for future learning spaces. The RESC is California Central Valley's first LEED Gold K-12 support facility. The custom design blends sustainability and energy goals with natural ventilation, extensive daylighting courtesy of All Weather Series 5000 windows and recycled materials, including 150-year-old reclaimed barnwood siding. A detached butterfly cool roof was installed onsite.

This exquisite Scandinavian-inspired design is located in El Dorado Hill, CA, with the utmost attention to detail. Parcel Q is the first phase of the redevelopment of San Francisco’s largest public affordable housing site, Sunnydale. The newly constructed 5-story, Type V-A over I-A family apartment building sits at the southeast corner of Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn St. The unit make makeup includes studios,1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom units. All units feature All Weather Series 5000 windows.
The first building will have 55 affordable apartment homes that surround a shared community room with a full kitchen and a 6,000 square foot courtyard. Sunnydale residents are designing the lobby with an artwork installation by artists from the neighborhood. Seventy-five percent of these newly constructed homes will be for existing residents. All 775 families who live in Sunnydale were entered into the lottery to determine which residents will be chosen for the new building.
