Built in 2026 on a quite closed end street. the Hollywood Hills Residence spans 4,400 square feet of living spaces that include 4 bedrooms, four en-suite bathrooms, a dining room, a family room, an office, a home theater, a laundry room, an elevator to all floors and 24 hour security gated parking.

McClure Middle School

Originally opened in 1964, McClure Middle School is a highly rated public school located in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Replacing the windows in this mid-century 60’s brick building were an integral part of the large scale remodel and facelift that began this summer.

The All Weather Series 6000 windows were specifically chosen for its slim frame depth when utilizing our compensation channel frame installation. The Series 6000 windows helped transform the lunchroom, inner courtyard and campus interiors with brighter, open spaces while complimenting the modernized aesthetic and contributing to the building's higher energy performance goals.

Ranked in the top 20% of all school in Washington for overall test scores, McClure Middle School provides their 459 students in grades 6-8 with a culturally responsive and academic experience will fully blended classrooms.
