Josh is our Senior Sales Representative responsible for business development in Northern California, North Bay, Nevada, and Utah. He comes to All Weather with 7 years’ experience in the Fenestration industry.

Josh has worked for distributors selling windows and doors products, and most recently worked for various window manufacturers. One of his best assets is working extensively with architects, designers, and builders to find the best solutions for their needs. With his success with architects, he was awarded the Architectural Representative of the Year award in 2018, as well as writing window specifications for the largest student housing project in the US at UC Davis.

Josh graduated with a degree in Construction Management form San Diego Mesa College. He enjoys hunting, playing golf, spending time with his family, and is a die-hard Raiders fan.

Thomas is our Sales Representative for business development in the Central Coast, Los Angeles, and Arizona. He comes to All Weather with more than 22 years of experience in the Construction and Fenestration industries.

Utilizing his experience and industry knowledge, Thomas has successfully driven business, completed projects, and built relationships with Architects, Engineers, and Builders throughout Southern California.

His philosophy is “Be honest and have integrity while making people smile. You will have a positive impact on everyone you meet.”

Thomas coaches Club Soccer and enjoys frisbee golf, golfing and playing softball.

Lance is our Sales representative for business development in Los Angeles. Orange County and the Inland Empire. Lance joins All Weather with over 23 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Prior to coming to All Weather, Lance worked in hardwood floor industry as a District Sales Manager, then promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast and Western Canada, earning Top Sales Achievement winner along with a Presidential Award from Armstrong World Industries.

Lance entered the Fenestration industry in 2013 as a Territory Sales Manager. His duties included plan-take offs and advising, job walks, measuring, and project management/consulting for multi-million-dollar projects and finally, hitting sales budget. His believes that “Building trust while maintaining relationships is key to success”

Lance is a native of Southern California and enjoys spending time with his wife Patricia and their dog Dominic. Their interests are boating, kayaking, and the beach, traveling, fine dining, concerts, and theater.
