Maceo May

Maceo May is the first residenital and 100% affordable housing development on Treasure Island in San Fransciso Bay. The buiding is a six-story, all-electric modular construction affordable housing project with 104 homes for formerly homeless veterans and their families. The apartment building offers 1 on-site manager’s unit and a mix of 24 studio, 47 one-bedroom and 34 two-bedroom units.

Net zero capable, Maceo May features custom Series 6000 windows from All Weather Architectural Aluminum to maximize energy efficiency. Passive design strategies and superior ventilation also limit energy use, create good air quality, and support the thermal comfort of residents. The operable All Weather Series 6000 windows are oriented to take advantage of San Francisco Bay breezes.

Amenities include residential services, property management offices, a community room, shared laundry room, parking, bicycle storage, common outdoor areas, a forested healing garden, a playground, and a roof deck.

Pursuing Fitwell certification, Maceo May emphasizes social cohesion and wellness with active design principles within the building to connect residents to each other. On track to earn a GreenPoint Gold certification, the project prioritizes resilience and sustainability by utilizing durable materials designed to withstand natural disasters and the effects of climate change.

Hacienda Granada

Featured in Dwell, Hacienda Granada is an eclectic modern residence designed by Working Holiday Studio that subtly combines the Spanish influences of a Mexican hacienda with Scandinavian minimalism and features All Weather Architectual Aluminun custom windows and doors.

Carlos Nuade and Whitney Brown run Working Holiday, a multi disciplinary creative studio based in Los Angeles that boasts a portfolio of several renovation projects across Southern California.

Originally built in 1962, the 2,762-square-foot residence with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths was not the couple’s dream home but they saw potential in its vaulted ceilings, ample-sized kitchen, backyard pool and large garage and more importantly, they found a space where they could infuse with their own personal history and distinct taste. "Our style is very modern and minimalist," Carlos explains. "But we still wanted to include some of the warmth, accents, and tones from traditional Spanish architecture."

Carlos and Whitney chose All Weather Series 5000 casement and fixed windows with SDL's to infuse the home with the Hacienda vibe. They replaced the existing patio entry door with expansive Series 8100 Multi Slide Doors that connect to the living and dining room. The couple opened up the kitchen by adding an All Weather Series 7000 French Doors and repositioned the island so you can see into the house when they are cooking. They also reshaped most of the interior doorways, creating arches to enhance the Spanish-Mexican vibe.

All Weather was honored to be selected for Hacienda Granada because Carlos and Whitney treat their projects like showrooms and they only bring on brands they like and curate the space accordingly.

Panagiotou Residence

Located in Wenatchee, WA, the Panagiotou Residence is a multi level Mountain Modern Design that features an open floor plan, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a workout room, a dedicated office and an ADU.

This spectacular home features All Weather thermally broken custom aluminum windows and doors to meet Washington's demanding energy code requirements.

The living/family room features a massive Series 6000 multi lite window configuration to offer breathtaking views of the Columbia River, Mission Ridge and Downtown Wanatchee. The Series 8100 Multi Slide doors enhances the indoor outdoor living while the Series 9200 Bifold doors seamlessly expand the formal dining room to the patio deck. The Series 7000 swing doors complement the contemporary mountain modern design aesthetic.

Lastly, the 7,400 square foot home sits on 3.45 acres of land and the backyard boast a wrap around deck and an outdoor pool for entertaining.
