Our Team

Josh is our Senior Sales Representative responsible for business development in Northern California, North Bay, Utah and Colorado.  He comes to All Weather with 7 years’ experience in the Fenestration industry.

Josh has worked for distributors selling windows and doors products, and most recently worked for various window manufacturers. One of his best assets is working extensively with architects, designers, and builders to find the best solutions for their needs. With his success with architects, he was awarded the Architectural Representative of the Year award in 2018, as well as writing window specifications for the largest student housing project in the US at UC Davis.

Josh graduated with a degree in Construction Management form San Diego Mesa College. He enjoys hunting, playing golf, spending time with his family, and is a die-hard Raiders fan.

Ryan is our Sales Representative for business development in San Francisco, the South Bay and the Monterey Peninsula.  He has been with All Weather for nearly 4 years, working  in Inside Sales, the Service Department and as the Architectural Consultant for Northern California.

Ryan’s hands-on experience across multiple disciplines allow him to provide exceptional technical support  and responsive service to ensure each project receives the attention it deserves.

He has a thorough understanding of All Weather’s  products, operations and customer needs.

Ryan enjoys  hiking, kayaking and traveling to new places.  He is a self proclaimed foodie and a loyal and eternally optimistic Sacramento Kings fan.

Thomas is our Sales Representative for business development in the Central Coast and Los Angeles.. He comes to All Weather with more than 22 years of experience in the Construction and Fenestration industries.

Utilizing his experience and industry knowledge, Thomas has successfully driven business, completed projects, and built relationships with Architects, Engineers, and Builders throughout Southern California.

His philosophy is “Be honest and have integrity while making people smile. You will have a positive impact on everyone you meet.”

Thomas coaches Club Soccer and enjoys frisbee golf, golfing and playing softball.

Brian is our Sales Representative for business development in San Diego, Orange County, Riverside County and Greater Palm Springs.  He joins All Weather with over two decades of experience in building materials and customer partnerships in the Western US.

Brian spent the last 11 years with Cornerstone Building Brands, where he built his reputation and earned trust by being visible, responsive, and dependable.  His philosophy for success is to build strong relationships, never stop improving and earn respect-never ask for it.

Brian served as a firefighter in the United States Navy, where he learned the values of discipline, accountability, and high performance under pressure. qualities that continue to define his approach to business and life today.

Brian enjoys training in the mountains, hiking high-elevation peaks, and planning his next adventure.

Evan is our Sales Representative for business development in Arizona and Southern Nevada.

Charlie is our Sales Representative for business development in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Hawaii. He comes to All Weather with over a decade of residential and commercial fenestration and building material expertise.

Prior to joining All Weather, Charlie was at Kolbe Gallery specializing in Architectural Sales for their window and door products.

Charlie utilizes his experience and industry knowledge to manage and build customer relationships with strategic dealer partners, architects and builders.

Charlie enjoys skiing, hiking, paddle boarding and spending time with his family.
