With this understanding in mind we have created our exclusive Business Partnership Program, including our Co-Op Program, in order to foster a more meaningful partnership with you.
Our goal is simple: Let’s make it easier (and more profitable) to do business together. Our Co-Op Program is designed to reduce some of the cost burden when your business does us the honor of featuring our products (and promoting our brand), in your marketing efforts. Easy, effective and, at the end of the day, it just seems like the right thing to do.
Our quality, pricing and old fashioned customer service is what sets us apart in this industry and it is what has kept professionals on the West Coast coming back to us for close to half a century. It is our sincere hope that programs such as this will keep you coming back as well.
All-Weather is offering Co-Op Funds equaling 1% of your previous year’s annual sales of All Weather products (a minimum of 100K in volume). You may use these funds toward any marketing that includes the All Weather brand as part of your marketing.
At All Weather, we believe that you should be able to use your Co-Op dollars in a way that will best benefit your business. You are working hard to earn this benefit and we want you to feel like you received your money’s worth. To that end, we are not highly restrictive as to how you utilize these funds.
All we ask is that the funds be utilized only for the promotion of your business in conjunction with All Weather and that you run your ideas by us for approval prior to implementation. The only reason for the nominal oversight is that we want to make sure all marketing efforts that include our name and image are in accordance with our values and business practices.
Below you will find a few marketing suggestions. The Co-Op funds can be used on a 50/50 basis (50% of the cost of each application) until all of your earned Co-Op dollars are spent. These funds can be used on as many or as few programs as you see fit.
This program is a use-it-or-lose-it offer. All Co-Op dollars must be used in the calendar year they are applied to. Any monies not utilized will expire on December 31 of the year in which they are valid. After all, we want to increase our volume with you and it is more difficult to achieve that goal if marketing dollars sit in the ‘bank’.
The following are a few suggestions on ways you might utilize your All Weather Co-Op marketing fund:
Every business likes to see their name in lights . . . and on t-shirts, usb drives, golf balls and a 1,000 other give away items . . . and their customers do too. That is why swag bags are filled to the brim at every trade show and event across the country. We would be proud to have our logo next to yours on almost any promotional items you might produce.
From pay-per-click ads on social media, to traditional print ads of every kind, we like our business partners getting their name out there. As you buy mind-share to increase your business, we get to come along for the ride. So, as long as our logo standards are met, we would love to be a part of your advertising. We will allow you to use Co-Op dollars to cover the portion of any ad All Weather is a part of. If we take up 1/4 of the space, 1/4 of the cost can be off-set!
Displays, Signage & Materials
We are honored to have our products and samples in your showroom. We know that when customers can really see and handle our products, it goes a long way toward a buying decision. Because of this we are happy to allow your company to use 100% of your Co-Op dollars to purchase samples, displays and signage for your business. No 50/50 split here. Not only that, you own the products you buy. We are happy and proud to be displayed in your showroom and we think our product will be right at home there.
Training & Education
Holding Lunch & Learns, or Product Knowledge Training Sessions on our products is a great way to build trust and educate the professional community. The All Weather Business Partnership Program would not only be proud to help facilitate these events, but using your co-op dollars to pay for incidentals around these events would be a great and effective use funds.
5 Simple Rules
- All Co-Op Dollars expire on the last day of the calendar year in which they are to be used.
- We request that all marketing efforts be cleared with All Weather prior to implementation.
- We request that you turn in your Co-Op claims for payment no later than 30 days after events or after receiving materials.
- We strongly advise that all samples of All Weather products, even though you own them, be maintained with the same care as we would maintain them. Dust free, clean and shiny. Should any product become obsolete, or any samples become worn or damaged, please contact us so we can determine the best way to get them replaced.
